This sauce is suitable for Vegans and Halal, the peri peri is also known for being rich in vitamins.
We mix the the peri peri seeds with salt, onions, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and lemon.
This recipe is the same recipe as we use in our restaurants in UK, Portugal and the Pop Ups in USA.
